Generally, apprenticeships are an asset to any organisation and bring significant benefits to businesses, individuals and the wider economy.
Since 1978 Wright Build has proudly trained and employed over 200 apprentices.
In January, Wright Build took on another brilliant apprentice who is continuing to work hard at college striving to complete their Level 1 Electrical Course.
Once the time spent at college is undertaken, we set individual training programmes allowing apprentices to work on refurbishment projects, adaptations, kitchens and bathrooms, whilst being carefully guided by assigned trainers.
We believe by investing in an apprentice and in the government scheme it is a great way to nurture both the individual and our company skills for the future. It helps to create trainees independence, loyalty and teaches valuable knowledge about the industry which may not necessarily be gained by solely attending college.
Are you interested in becoming an apprentice with us here at Wright Build?
