Beech Street Primary School, Salford – Toilet Remodelling

Work on this contract consisted of a full refurbishment of the outdated toilet facilities and communal area.

The area was fully refurbished and modernised including, solid grade laminate IPS panels and spacious new cubicles installed, giving a light, bright, modern finish.

As part of our ongoing commitment to the environment, the old sinks were removed and replaced with modern wash trough units with touchless sensor-controlled taps which are and kinder to the environment and more hygienic.

Sensor taps typically mean a water saving of up to 70% compared to traditional taps. Touchless Taps reduce water waste, and promote better hygiene and prevent cross contamination.

Modern Led Lighting was installed along with a low energy, efficient, mechanical extraction system.

Low surface temperature more efficient temperature radiators were installed.

New safety flooring installed and the areas fully redecorated.

Despite the short period of time for the works during the school holidays, the project was completed on time, and on budget.

Our team received fantastic feedback from Beech St Primary School’s head teacher, Mr Spedding:

The toilets and sinks are fantastic. The staff who completed the job were excellent tradespeople who could not do enough to help us.

The work was all completed on time, and we are thrilled with how the project has turned out .

The build has completely transformed our school communal areas and toilets.

Please can you pass on our thanks to all the staff involved in this project from the planning to the finishing touches.

I would strongly recommend all involved for such a professional approach.” Mr Spedding, Head Teacher.
